Amy Finch  | Principal

Amy is a dynamic professional whose creativity, organizational ability, project management skills, and persistence have served her well throughout her successful 20+ year career as an event planner. Whether it’s a conference, trade show, incentive trip, or social event, she has the unique ability to produce events that are not only logistically impeccable, but also creative and fun.

Devon Pearce  | Event Director

Devon has spent her career in the luxury event space serving the highest-touch clients. With over ten years’ experience creating luxury event experiences, she has broad expertise conceptualizing and executing thematic event stories to support brand vision, definition and strategy.

Alison Douglas  | Event Director

Alison has over 30 years of experience working in the hospitality industry, the past 9 of which she spent at the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island, where she most recently served as the Director of Event Operations.  During her time with the Ritz, she was honored with the “Five Star Employee of the Year” and “Five Star Manager of the Year” awards.
